Return Window

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us and we'll get you set up.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at deejclothing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship your item back to us.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items and intimates cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
