Products and Orders

We work to show our clothing, colors, descriptions, sizing, and prices accurately. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Please review the product details and size information before ordering.

Placing an order does not guarantee that an item is available. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and refund the unavailable item. We may correct pricing or product information errors and will contact you if a correction affects an order you have placed.

Prices and Promotions

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout.

Discounts, including WELCOME10, are subject to the terms shown with each offer. An offer may apply only to eligible products and may not combine with other promotions. The price and discount displayed at checkout are the amounts that apply to your order.

Shipping

Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates and may change after an order ships.

If we cannot ship within a timeframe we promised, we will contact you with the revised timeframe and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Exchanges for a different size or color are available within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have their tags attached.

Final sale items and intimates cannot be returned or exchanged. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy below for instructions.

The DEEJ name, logo, product images, and original website content belong to DEEJ or are used with permission. You may use the website to browse and purchase products, but you may not use our content for commercial purposes without permission.
